Each session costs £60.

Before you start, we will have a phone call to talk about your needs and whether you want to book your first session. 

I do offer concessions for students.

I do not charge for this phone call and it will last up to 30 minutes.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

You pay at the end of each session by Bank transfer, cash or cheque.

My bank details are on the contract that you sign in the first session.

The number of sessions you might choose to have depends on how well you feel we are working together and how many you want to have. 

You can stop at any time but I do ask for at least 48 hours notice.

To cover the cost of the room hire missed sessions are charged at £15 provided 48 hours notice is given.

If no notice is given then the session is charged at the full rate.

You can talk about anything, whatever may be troubling you.

During the first session I will explain how the confidentiality works in terms of safeguarding and the legal aspects. I welcome any questions or concerns that you may have about this. 

In my private practice I work with all those aged 18 and above, all genders, cultures, backgrounds, sexualities, faiths or non. 

Yes, I have full public liability insurance.

As a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) I work in accordance with their ethical framework.

If you have any concerns or complaints about my work my hope is that you will feel able to share them with me verbally and that we can work together to resolve them.

If you do not feel able to speak to me, then please put it in writing as an email or a letter and I will endeavour to respond within 10 working days.
